Shipping policy

WHERE WE SHIP

We currently offer shipping across Canada and the United States. At this time, we do not ship to other international locations aside from North America bound.


PROCESSING TIME

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive confirmation with tracking information.
  • Orders placed during high-demand periods (such as holidays or sales) may require additional processing time.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor its journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped. If you experience an issue:

  • Check your tracking details for updates.
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly for further assistance.
  • If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, check with neighbours or building management.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES (U.S. ORDERS)

For U.S. orders, customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply depending on your location. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your country’s regulations.


LOCAL PICKUP

At this time, we offer local pickup at: 

  • 542 Laura Ave Suite 204(2nd floor), Red Deer County    
  • We are located straight south of the Gasoline Alley Farmers Market.
